      3. Processing Time & Delivery<\/h2>\n

      We divide the timeline into two clear stages:<\/p>\n

        Order Cut-Off Time:<\/strong> Orders placed by 2:00 PM CST<\/strong> will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after this cut-off will be processed the following business day.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        With this schedule, most customers receive their shelves within 1\u20133 weeks<\/strong> of placing an order.<\/p>\n

        5. Track Your Order<\/h2>\n

        Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email<\/strong> containing:<\/p>\n

          6. Damaged or Lost Goods<\/h2>\n

          a. Damaged During Transit<\/strong>
          If your product arrives damaged:<\/p>\n

            Contact us within 72 hours<\/strong> of delivery<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

            Provide your order number and clear photos\/videos of the damaged shelf and packaging<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            We will review your request and provide a solution, such as a replacement<\/strong> or refund<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

            b. Lost Packages<\/strong>
            If your order has not arrived after 14 business days<\/strong> and tracking has not updated for 7 consecutive days<\/strong>, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to investigate. If the package is confirmed lost, we will reship or refund your order.<\/p>\n

            7. Cancel an Order<\/h2>\n

            You may request cancellation if your order has not yet been processed or shipped. Since we prepare orders quickly, please contact us within 24 hours<\/strong> of purchase.<\/p>\n

            If the order has already been handed over to the carrier (tracking number issued), cancellation is no longer possible. At that point, you may refer to our Return & Refund Policy<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
