1. General Conditions for Acceptance of Returns
To be eligible for a return, your product must:
Be within the 90-day return period
Be in original condition with no signs of use, scratches, cracks, or damage
Include all parts and accessories (shelves, brackets, screws, mounting hardware, manuals)
Be securely repacked, preferably in the original box with protective packaging
Include a valid invoice or proof of purchase
2. Return Procedure for Each Case
A. Returns Due to Modopew’s Fault (Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Delivery)
We consider it our responsibility if you receive a product that is:
Damaged in transit (cracks, dents, or broken parts)
Defective (faulty joints, misaligned brackets, or finishing defects)
Incorrectly delivered (wrong size, model, or finish)
Cost: Free of charge. Modopew will provide a prepaid return label.
Solution: You may choose between a brand-new replacement (if in stock) or a full refund, including the original shipping fee.
B. General Return (Change of Mind)
If your shelf is in perfect condition but you decide it doesn’t suit your space or you simply changed your mind:
Cost: The customer is responsible for return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service and proper protective packaging.
Solution: Once the returned item is inspected and confirmed intact, we will issue a refund of the product price only (excluding the original shipping fee).
3. Items Not Eligible for Return
The following products are non-returnable (unless defective upon arrival):
Custom-made shelves (special sizes, finishes, or engraved designs)
Final sale or clearance items (marked as non-returnable at purchase)
Products damaged after delivery due to incorrect installation, misuse, or poor repacking during return
4. Return Process (Steps to Follow)
Step 1 – Request a Return
Contact us via email at [email protected] within 90 days of delivery. Please provide:
Order number
Reason for return
Clear photos or videos of the defect/damage (if applicable)
Step 2 – Get Instructions
Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days and send you instructions. If it’s our fault, we will include a prepaid return shipping label.
Step 3 – Pack and Ship the Product
Repack the shelf carefully, preferably using the original box and protective materials, and ship to our Returns Department:

5. Money Back Guarantee
Processing Time: Refunds are initiated within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned product.
Refund Method: Issued directly to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, etc.) unless store credit is specifically requested.
Email Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
Note: Banks may take 3–7 business days to show the funds in your account.
6. Restocking Fee
Modopew does not charge restocking fees.
7. Order Processing & Shipping Times

Transit Time: 4–6 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding U.S. public holidays)
Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST begin processing the same business day
